Independent advice on the US investment visa
This is a question we often see come up in emails, chat and blogs.
It is confusing for someone just beginning their search for EB5 information. It’s really difficult to find independent advice. There are agents in foreign countries who promote one single regional center, attorneys who may be very experienced in the law but lack experience in the complex EB5 visa programs and have not visited the regional centers. Then you have the regional centers themselves. Some regional centers like to promote their 100% success rate, and why shouldn’t they? The Problem is, some of them have only one or two clients. Does that give you a true picture? They have many other tricks up their sleeves too.
How are you supposed to find experienced, independent information on the investor visa program?
Now obviously we are biased, but just take a minute and make the comparisons then you can decide the answer to the question “Where can I find experienced, independent information on the investor visa”?
• Which EB5 do not promote any single regional center.
• We visit the active regional centers multiple times to see exactly what is going on; are they successful?
• We will likely hit the 200 mark of successful EB-5 clients this year; that’s a lot of experience.
• Our clients have chosen multiple regional centers.
• Our principals have published perhaps the only book written for the EB5 investor, from your perspective.
• Our principals are first generation immigrants themselves; they know what it is like to bring a family to a new country.
Be careful out there. So many false claims are being made at this time it can be dangerous to proceed without experienced, independent EB5 information. Call +1-559-EB5-INFO – or email info@WhichEB5.com and get started on your path to Green Card status and US Citizenship (if you so desire) right now. |

When looking for fast-track legal permanent residency (Green Card) in the United States via the EB-5 visa program, caution should be a critical consideration when selecting a specific regional center project for you to trust.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services have approved a lot of regional centers which qualify for EB-5 investment status. On the surface this provides excellent choice but there are some pitfalls. Making the wrong decision on where to invest could result in a revocation of your green card status after two years and possibly a loss of your initial $500,000 or $1 million investment.
As potential EB-5 investors there are several things beyond a return on your investment to worry about. It is important to be certain that the investment does meet the qualifications set by USCIS; it must also result in the creation of at least 10 jobs.
The EB5 program can provide an excellent way to speed up your Visa status, and ultimately U.S. citizenship, but you need to take the time to educate yourself before moving forward. Making a $500,000 investment is a big undertaking no matter the circumstances.
You need to gain solid information about a number of factors before moving ahead. Some of the things to consider include which regional centers obtain green cards the fastest, which ones are offering a rapid return on investment and even which ones have a 100 percent rate of green card approvals.
The principals of Which EB5 are advocates of immigrant investors and have chosen to be independent by not representing any one regional center. They have worked with more than 900 families and more than 150 who have opted for a regional center program. |

We have already examined the families looking to retire to the States via the EB5 and families face problems with existing visas such as H-1B, E2 and L1, today we are looking briefly at those for planning to study or are about to graduate in the USA.
Each year many students plan to go to the USA to study and a number would like to stay and work during their course of study and following their graduation, this is not an option on student visas but the EB-5 visa provides permanent residency status.
A number of students have been financed by relatives for the EB-5 visa which not only enables them to work as they wish during their course of study but also to remain permanently in the USA to develop their career and life as permanent residents and if they wish after five years apply for US citizenship. David and Fran Hodgkinson retired from local government consultancy posts before relocating to the USA four years ago via the EB-5 visa pilot program. They spent several months thoroughly researching options and felt it was imperative they immigrate via a green card route rather than any temporary visa. They felt after stressful high pressure jobs, relaxation in the sun with their dogs was the key consideration rather than having to set up and maintain a business in The USA, which is a requirement of other visa options.
Fran had retained great memories of America after student days as a camp councilor with BUNAC and the thrill was reawakened on holidays to Florida, including Disney.
Having looked at a shortlist of property options in Florida, they chose a ranch style home with 6 acres of land in Myakka several miles outside Sarasota as the ideal move from their home in a small town. Having personally cleared their land of scrub to design their garden, they feel their Florida lifestyle has given them even more than they expected.
They have been very happy with their decision to immigrate via the regional center program. The conditions of their green cards have been removed (successful I-829) and they are coming up to the stage where they could apply for US citizenship. They feel their particular selection of regional center has worked well from an investment perspective.
