EB5 Green Card Holders speak of their experience with Which EB5"When we decided that we would like to move to the U.S.A. we looked for the possibilities on the Internet and after a lot of searching on the net we found that thru an EB-5 project would be the best way for us. When we started looking for EB-5 projects we found that there are many and how could we choose the best project, after visiting one project in Orlando we were a bit skeptical and did not have a good feeling about this project we got information from other projects but of course they have great sales persons that are saying this the best project. After receiving some information about different project I started doubting if this was the way for us and maybe we should start a business our self. The downside of starting a business is that you don´t get a green card for life and have no guarantee that you can stay in the U.S.A. Then I found the website WhichEB5.com and found a lot of useful information on their website. What we liked about WhichEB5 is that there are independent and they knew all the ins and outs from many projects, they took the time and did not push us to make any decisions, I had many question and they always responded fast with a good explanation. I would like to recommend everybody to get the book Green Card via the Red Carpet We found our project and in February 2012 our I-526 petition was approved and we are waiting for the conditional green card. I think if we did not find WhichEB5 we would probably not invested in any project. We bought our new home in Palm Beach Gardens in Florida and are ready to start our new live in the U.S.A. There are various Regional Centers, all with the base investment of $500,000. We thought the risk varied, and wanted low risk. We also wanted a defined way of getting our money out after we had our green card. Not all the Regional Centers have an exit strategy. "When we began to think about emigrating to Florida we were faced with an awful lot of information on the internet much of which was contradictory and at best confusing. The project we finally decided on has, at first sight, probably one of the worst returns in a pure financial sense (percentage return) but for efficiency and the end result they were superb. The team there was extremely helpful and they understand that the prime objective is the creation of jobs and the confidence they give that when it comes to getting the visa conditions removed they have a great track record of job creation. Particularly in the changing financial climate since we started this process we are so pleased we chose the fund rather than projects with a more precarious financial plan that could be much more likely to not provide the required job numbers in the years to come.
The other choice you helped us make which I think was so very important was your recommendation of Tony Olsen PA who has been absolutely wonderful and is a first class attorney. He guided us through the entire process with such patience and diligence and was instrumental in getting our green cards in such a short amount of time. He was always available and was so reliable in getting back to us often at the weekend and evenings and nothing was too much trouble for him. I was concerned in choosing an attorney as everything had to be done by email and phone and we never got the opportunity of meeting him first. I really do feel that without Tony we might not have succeeded in getting our green cards as he helped us through the many obstacles that US Immigration put in front of hopeful applicants. Please recommend him to as many people as you can as he made the whole process bearable and charged very reasonable fees for the enormous amount of work and hand holding that he did for us.
